Making weird facial expressions in public decends my looks by a lot. How to stop doing?

So today I realized I have a tic that whenever I look at someone I make a weird nervous expression on my face. I found out about it today when I was on a video call with my friends. I was looking at myself in the recording before and after blocking my friends faces with another browser and my face legit went up like 1 PSL from just looking like you’re supposed to. Now I have to look at people irl so does anyone know how to fix it? Prob related to social anxiety

Maybe when I find a bettER day to do it. When I start getting to boomer tier age probably.
I've always been against it principally because so many people are triggered by my existence that it would be funny to just live forever.

Sonic forces was better IMO but this one is okay.
Seems like Sonic Team was having an identity crisis with Frontiers though.
Part open world, part linear. They should've cut out the open world and just made it more like Sonic Forces. I even got the platinum on that game it was so good. I don't know why everyone hated it, most probably didn't even play it and just SIMP over Mania.

I played it and it was good but it's just more of the same stuff. They have to please the retro fans or else they would chimp though and retro fans seem like the majority of dedicated sonic fans but at the same time they can't just keep making the same game over and over again. Really seems like it has the same problem that CoD has had this past decade. Every fan wants something else and they try to please everyone and end up pleasing no one or just doing their own thing and most people hate it anyways.
CoD Infinite Warfare was clearly trying to be Halo and Battlefield so hard that CoD really lost it's identity at that point.
I thought we were getting back on track with MW19 but the rest of the community didn't think so, now everyone seems to be liking MWII but I thought 19 was better so I guess you just can't please everyone and stuff like this is bound to happen.
But I'm getting ahead of myself, we were talking about sonic but I was just using CoD as an analogy.
