Despite being above average height, slim muscular physique, large penis and hairy all over my body I don’t get why my voice as 26 year old isn’t that manly. Yeah, it’s changed since I hit puberty but I don’t just don’t sound manly.

is there any ways you could make your voice more manly such as drugs? alcohol? body building?

Smoking or surgery. And, from my experience, test usually doesn't affect one's voice, but sometimes it really changes it

First of all, check whether you have a head voice or chest voice. Chest voice is deeper and preferred in instances like public speaking, acting, singing, etc.

You should also keep your vocal cord frequently hydrated. You can test this on your own that just a few sips of water allow you to reach a couple of pitches lower when practicing a deeper voice.

If you want to take the hard route, there are also studies that link exogenous testosterone use with deepening voice.

These are just on top of my head. As a tip, whenever you notice yourself talking at a higher pitch, just stop and try to talk at a lower pitch. Get to talk slower and/or louder if you have to. Best of luck!
