ordered mt2 today and was wondering what dose and frequency you guys would recommend to maximize tan while minimizing things like nausea or flushing.

Every two days is what I would recommend. Symptoms run different in different people though so I can't guarantee things will be the same for you.

Yeah makes sense, and what dosage would you recommend for every two days?
