is retinol a good substitute for adapalene? also everyone tells me theyre not noticable or not a bad flaw but i cant help but notice them every time i look in the mirror, so i always try to get second hand opinionsi also used to have them, to a milder degree in my case. What really helped for me was derma rolling plus adapalene and being properly hydrated as well.
yeah i know what you are talking about, telling people how horrible it looks, and them saying, " No bro, it looks fine". I think you will make some progress with retinol, that is what I started with and it helped a little. You can use that until you feel comfortable upgrading to stronger topical creams like tazarotene or tretinoin or adapalene.is retinol a good substitute for adapalene? also everyone tells me theyre not noticable or not a bad flaw but i cant help but notice them every time i look in the mirror, so i always try to get second hand opinions
