Malar Implants vs Infra Orbital Implants

I got told a while ago by a user that malar implants would be a much better option for combatting infra orbital recession over infra orbital implants.

I'm positive that malar would be much less risky and probably fix this issue. Is this true? Are malar implants a better ROI over infra orbital implants for addressing recessed infra orbitals?

Also, would malar implants worsen a narrow IPD/ESR by adding facial width?

Will probs leave them tbh, pretty sure both add to facial width. Plus my zygos are already fine.
