Male bodies are so much more efficient than female ones

This is a followup on @Spike2010's thread on how dick is more aesthetic than pussy, which is true.

But I think its also worth mentioning how absolutely dogshit female bodies are for everything except childbearing.

And theres no biological excuse for them being so ineffective. Theres nothing stopping a human body from having strong bones and muscles while also carrying a womb
