We had the budget Chad Brett Maverick make videos on looksmaxxing for some time now
But having guys with legit modelling careers talk about looksmaxxing as if following a skin care routine and maintaining a lean body composition makes them an authority on the matter is farcical compared to what ACTUAL looksmaxxers have had to put themselves through.
These models didn't have to spend the majority of their 20s trying to save to tens of thousands for surgeries without bankrupting themselves and without stalling their career trajectory due to the downtime.
They didn't have to research designer drugs and chemicals and run the risk of taking a bad reaction to these drugs in a bid to ascend while using themselves as guinea pigs.
Yes plenty of models have the "I was "ugly" and bullied a child / teenager" sob story, but that doesn't negate the fact that all they had to do to ascend was lose bodyfat and get clear skin and let puberty and genetics do the rest to reveal the ratios and bone structure they had underneath
At least when Barrett and co make videos showing their routine, they don't seem to attempt to give off the impression that they had to do jack shit aside form restrict calories.
It is also clear from such videos that they're only making them at the request of their sponsor / modelling agency and don't actually think they will help anyone nor do they give a fuck.
If we start seeing models jump on the looksmaxxing bandwagon to post this water stuff about skincare, haircut and don't eat like a pig when you already have a tall, naturally lean bodytype, it will be quite the joke and will diminish the sacrifices that true looksmaxxers had to make
