I’m currently 16 about to turn 17 in about a month Ik my growth plates are almost closed with in 1 year I only grew .5 of a inch and I really need tips on how to grow taller my goal height is prrb like 5,6-5’8
Current like 5’4 flat

If you guys know any peptides that actually work ik hgh is a good option but im not tryna fuck up my full growth so might take it once I’m 18
