The reason people still use those exercises are because they have been proven time and time again to work. Bench press, Dips, Barbell rows, pullups, etc, etc are all very effective and will get you a good physique. Some of the “modern” shit I see people doing like leaning bench supported one arm lateral raises and one arm isolateral 69 degree cable pulldowns don’t even compare. Don’t overcomplicate shit. Do your lateral raises with dumbells standing normally, and cut out the crappy tiktok soyence exercisesOr be high iq and dont use exercises drom the 50s anymore
