I worked in a factory once and of course there are standards that must be met or they get angry. I just couldn’t imagine having a strict boss who would get angry at me for making mistakes as a beginner. Anyone can do a minimum wage job but no one’s good at it from the start. My boss was chill and gave me time to get used to how things run.

My old boss at the grocery store I used to work at hated me for the first week. He scolded me because they didn’t put the price for cherries, and I came up to him and asked him and he got mad as fuck saying the price is already there, but I told him it wasn’t.

But somehow he and I became friends and he always fist bumped me and shit and showed me photos of his family and told me he was gonna quit soon to work a different store and that I should join him because I’d be one of the first niggas at the new store and I’d be given all the good schedules.

But then I quit too
