I enjoy it but it makes me not want wanna do anything which is problematic for school and working out etc. I’m gonna try and do it only before i workout so I can do it and stay locked in. Also I won’t do it when im at home doing nothing so I don’t crash out on food. Lmk if this sounds good and please give some advice
