mandalay bay shooting conspiracy

im not into conspiracy theories but the story we got of the mandalay shooting seems fishy. there were multiple videos after it happened showing gun shots being fired from the 4th floor (while shooter was on the 32nd), sound analysis videos that show overlap between gunshots, etc. Now all these videos are removed, and its bizarre how the cops took almost 2 hours to arrive, and that the deadliest mass shooting in us history is rarely mentioned. Thoughts?

It's almost like all mass shootings are just propaganda by the government to disarm it's population.
