Mandible and cheeckbones osteotomies (HIGH IQ ADVICE NEEDED; SFSCELS GTFIH)

So I have mild short face syndrome and it looks kinda pathetic since i have doli skull. My face looks like the right one in the pic and i wanna have taller lower third.

My plan is getting bimax with maxilla downgrafting but i have decent forward growth and gonial angle of around 120, so i guess neither cw nor ccw needed and to avoid chimpmaxxing very few mms forward maxilla movement, am i right?

Also i wanna add chin wing and zso so it would be 5max.
Lets start with chin wing, its a kinda obscure surgery same as zso and either ascends hardly or descends, ill post some results. Likewise i got cucked by inward gonions and want them flared like Kater's and Hacker's. CW will do this job. I guess i have similar pheno, but more recessed version jfl. Thats the bone structure i want.

For an obvious reason it cant be combined with BSSO, but there are different mandible cuts and with this one chin wing is possible:

What do you guys think about this cut? Is it more risky and whats the difference in aesthetic results compared to BSSO?
This dude only got chin wing and ascended, his lower third is taller, more proportionate and appears more forwardly grown as CW imitates BSSO results.

Continuing with ZSO, that one seems very risky to me as most results ive seen on guys are bad and their cheecks became feminine, but i guess its because they all are fat retards with no understanding of cheecks aesthetics. Also it highly depends on your base, i was blessed and have VERY high set cheeckbones (o pry tier) but theyre lacking of bone mass and projection in all dimensions.

So look at this CT and the cuts, is it be possible to move the bone laterally forward and upward?

I would suggest you dont go complex
Do a simple downgraft and do small filler time to gonion aversion maybe implants

bad chin wings, these dudes also got zso and it looks terrible tbh, im leaning towards implants/fillers. But theyre also fat and thickskinned so not sure

yeah but still no fillers for sfs, bimax needed anyways to improve face height and smile which is very important. And adding like extra 1k to get a chin wing instead of a classic genio sounds like a good deal and give better results. Bone mogs fillers and implants to oblivion

Also take a look at this pic. Seems like my shizo theory that zso can move cheecks upwards is legit, apparently to fix this patients asymmetry surgeon moved one piece upwards and one downwards

Thus, zso can:
1) increase fwhr with lateral movement
2) give higher or lower set appearance
3) tighten lower eyelid
4) give midface volume with forward movement and appearence of more compact orbitals


sadly i cant back it up as there are not much results on the web, but if a surgeon confirms it, ill get it. These cheekbones or rope

I actually asked Andreishev about ZSO and he told me it's limited by your existing cheekbone thickness and position... very few surgeons do it as it's better just to do implants that way you're not limited by your existing zygomatic bone structure. If you need maxillary downgrafting just get a bimax with it to increase entire lower third height. I recognize some of the results you posted that got chin wings and while there was an improvement, a bimax (as shown below) would have ascended them harder.
