Mandible recession

Can puberty fix a pretty recessed mandible? Looking back at old pictures of when my brother was around 9 y/o, his mandible was already developed. When i look back at pictures of me at that age, my mandible has always been recessed (not crazy recession, but slightly more than a mild recession). I have a wide palate and my maxilla seems to be average, but my side is atrocious. Is there any way to fix this without surgery, will it fix over time?

As of right now start mewing, not the TikTok bs but like actual mewing (I've even seen ppl do it mid sleep, look into that too)

My side is atrocious cause of short ramus and recessed chin, my mandible is slightly recessed aswell ig, tho it was more recessed in the past
