I always see people wanting to widen their mandible without a surgical intervention.
I would like to know what the surgical procedure to widen your mandible is called, and how it is performed.

Augmented BSSO but it’s a risk imo.

Bimax and fillers should be enough

Side wing with zarrinbal is another option

don't really like the idea of having migrated fillers in the futeure

Never actually heard of that procedure, will look into it

Fillers aren’t that bad bad bro. This forum shits all over fillers despite multiple users here abusing them for years and having no migration.

Meanwhile there’s a new guy with a botched bimax every other day but this forum acts like bimax is a good idea

I've already gone over the fact that i will have bimax in the future and most likely a palatal expander. My maxilla is very recessed, both transversely and frontally, and i would probably be suited for a more angular lower third aswell. Maybe fillers aren't that bad to supplement
