2. HGH may only work for height and the people who's face gets better is from the slightly faster bone age advancement that comes with GH
3. acromegally from exogenous HGH is impossible, since hgh will only spike in your blood with injections but in acromegally it is elevated in the blood. Unless you take 10 iu every hour, you wont get acromegalic effects

how do some people say that roids widen it and also if you theoretically take hgh 10 iu per hours it WILL affect your mandible so technically there is still possibility to expand it a certain mechanism that's what i'm talking about

And it takes years for acromegalloid effects to kick in soo
Also roids wouldnt really widen it. It may affect gonions but not general mandible size
