So here's the deal, my lower jaw is around 6-7 milimeters short of being well projected, hence I have decent maxilla, but an overbite of 6-7 mm. Now in about a year and a bit I plan on getting a surgery done that will lengthen and widen my lower jaw, as well as expand my palate, in order to correct my overbite. Will having this surgery done make my zygos look more aesthetic or whats the deal here? Keep in mind my zygos have a decent position and ogee curve, and are fairly wide (fwhr is 1.98)
