Explain. Do you train any martial art, whats so special about your legs. Also youre just fat or big framed? You can be lean at 100kg

if i wasnt i would weight 90kg but i dont. I have 6.5in wrists, small hands, feet in skull. Overall small bone structure. Thats why im so light. Like i said, aesthetics odesnt matter for me

It's not an advantage to be a fatass in a fight
but being heavy is. Having big skeleton is nr 1 thing. If you have big skeleton, height, limb lenght, THICK BONES (indicated by wrist and ankle size, that means that not only arm and leg bones are thicker but also other bones too, ribs for example), wide shoulders, big hands (helps in fighting too), big feet, you have big advantage, your skelton just weights, on top of bonuses of height and reach. Thicker bones are harder to break (ribs for example). So you see big skeleon is important one.

Being super fat wont be optimal for most people but theres many fat fighters. They are in their natural weight that fits them the most. Having a little bit more fat gives you weight, protect from bodyshots and dont take your oxygen. Being really lean is not always optiman.

did you even read? I spared with bigger dudes and on the ground i could get away with size advantage sometimes. But in clinch, takedowns, Weight really helps. I know few fat guys that move like a creazy. Not obese but a bit chubby. Look at fedor in mma. YOu wouldnt say that he train anything looking at his physique

big framed but in lower part. I used to stopped now.
They are just giga massive even when lean and despite it ultra flexible.

does the retard in the video not know there's a thing called weight classes ? also stop frame coping jfc. i have 6.5 inch wrists and 8.5 ankles @5'10'' and held 170 lbs LEAN, (a real 12% bf), 175lbs but a bit puffier before roiding. you have to learn to eat properly and train.

and yeah i never was below 80 kg even at 14 yo even when lean.

If you want to be a professional fighter, they will have weight classes.

Still though, brutal for people like Demetrious Johnson. One of the best fighters in the UFC and he gets mocked for his size

man yes all you need is to be lean, speed and to be strong
 
daily reminder, if some 6'2 200lb jock wanted to kill a 5'6 small framed person, he can easily do so. never get into a situaiton where they can claim self defense and murder your ass

you never practiced martial arts. Weight is more imporant than strenght itslef. I'm telling you that from experience. IN situations where i spared with bigger dudes and saw fights (reall fights and more friendly plays, all by trained and untrained people) athleatic small guys who had great strenght for their weight were getting ass kicked by 20kg chubby dudes just becouse they takenthem down and layed on them. Daily reminder

well, if youre small like that you NEED to train martial arts becouse you will get bullied and other shit. He could beat many untrained bigger opponents but when it comes to fighting someone skilled...
 
I did kung fu for 5 years and I can assure you that agility and technique are essential
