Being 5'3" and 45kg at 16.
Honestly, i'm average height in my country; yes, asia country, i'm not saying it directly. But there is something that bother me, why can't i grow taller? Like damn, i saw someone younger and taller than me in public and i envy them for it because of how much i'm struggling with my height, i'm not feeling enough. And my weight that's considered skinny, i look so small in my clothes and i hate it and i don't even know how to gain weight
Any tips for me?

Eat good food In a slight surplus get good sleep go to the gym and hope for the best my bro
