I am not even that consistent with it but atleast 3 times a week I do "clamping" with my hands rather than a clamp device as I watch porn. The real challenge is you don't want to cum after your clamp session. I do sometimes because it takes will power, but it is definitely better for growth if you don't. anyway Ive gained like .25-.35 in 3 months so its pretty damn good for something that is almost effortless

first off you use the "ok grip" that people use in PE exercises. You do this at the absolute base of your dick at full erection and squeeze decently hard. I usually watch porn so I stay fully hard and masterbate with my opposite hand. then you do kegels to pump blood into the dick. It makes it so only blood can get into the dick and none can come out. my veins get way bigger and noticeable and you can tell theres a lot more blood inflating the dick. The dick inflates a good amount by the end of the session and creates growth.

It is known as the best exercise but EVERYONE recommends to condition your dick for a few months first because its very dangerous if your dick isn't conditioned to workout
 
I do sets of like 3-5 minutes and take breaks inbetween
