I will start off by saying firstly alot of people here probably have MTN-HTN potential but just rot lol, most people here are absolutely not cooked (even curries and gooks). If most mfs here would socialise, take care of themselves, stop watching psl edits all day and would eat clean, sleep well and go to the gym they would be fine.(if you are MTN and HTN gymaxx, it isn’t cope if you are a normie) yes a 6’4 skinny pretty boy chad can mog you but guess what the real world is not filled with 6’4 prettyboys lol. Gymaxxing will ascend you.

If you live in the west then yeah it is much harder for you, if you are genetically capped at LTN and can’t hardmaxx to ascend then understandable.
