Unheated raw honey is better for you. Consuming maple syrup would in theory stop your from detoxing and lightening your eyes as a result.Maple syrup has lots of benefits too but raw honey mogs
Can u explain whyUnheated raw honey is better for you. Consuming maple syrup would in theory stop your from detoxing and lightening your eyes as a result.
Producers in America are allowed to call honey raw as long as it hasn't been heated over the pasteurization point, which is something like 185 degrees Fahrenheit. But the honey's sugars become toxic at a point of 90 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Unheated honey is mainly just enzymes and not sugar. The more it gets heated the more AGEs form via the cooking itself and a greater share of the nutrients transforming into sugar. Can u explain why
And yeah I meant unheated raw honey

Maple Syrup is tree sap. It's either really sticky or really watery. To make into syrup you have to boil it. Boiling it makes it processed, not raw. It turns it into something that'll collect AGEs in your body from the cooking and high sugar content. Can u explain why

Here you go.Maple Syrup is tree sap. It's either really sticky or really watery. To make into syrup you have to boil it. Boiling it makes it processed, not raw. It turns it into something that'll collect AGEs in your body from the cooking and high sugar content.
However, I've had no noticeable detox symptoms from maple syrup yet. When I consume heated "raw" honey, I usually get a skin rash from it, which is detox.
The more you consume cooked foods, the more your eyes will darken. I'm using this diet to lighten my eyes.

Q: What most people don't understand about Stevia and these other things, there's an easy way to explain it and that is, anybody understand what maple syrup is? Okay, it's the same thing. You're taking the sap of a tree. If you can't eat the sap off of a maple tree, it's unbelievably bad. But they boil it and heat it and isolate and create the sweet thing that we now eat. It's the same as Stevia and a whole bunch of other things that we're using out there. What it is, it's a processed part of something that's not, it's intended to be nature-provided at all.Interesting
I don't entirely agree with everything Aajonus says. I'm just doing my research. Aajonus Vonderplanitz, Darko Velcek, Jack Kruse, Varis Ahmed are all names I respect in this field. I heard Varis Ahmed did an ex Vegan interview with Goatis a few years back so I've gotta find that.Q: What most people don't understand about Stevia and these other things, there's an easy way to explain it and that is, anybody understand what maple syrup is? A: It's the same thing as molasses. Molasses is the garbage oil that's left from boiling sugar cane to at least 475 degrees. These are now at least 700 and something degrees. And that's the garbage that's left on the bottom. And that garbage, because it is a vegetable oil, causes hardening of the arteries and hardening of the heart. Vegetable oils cause all the hardening of the heart and hardening of the arteries. All of the tribes that eat meat, lots of lard and lots of animal fats, have no heart disease and have no arteriosclerosis. None. Zip. Even the ones who eat it cooked. Only cooked meat, only cooked fat. No heart disease, no arteriosclerosis.
