Having a big penis matters more for LTRs imo. A woman isn't just going to notice your penis as the first thing about you. She will identify your face, height and frame, it is only until you meet these requirements that then your penis size will matter in terms of pleasing her in bed which in turn will make it easier for you to keep her longer. However if you are low inhib enough you can run bulge experiments and show off your dick size via that. You might attract some size queens that way.
