MARPE effects on infras?

does MARPE have any effects on the infraorbital area, i'm getting MARPE in Exactly 2 months from now(my orthodontist recommended waiting my after septoplasty) will i see any change in the infraorbital area and is there anything i should be aware of (as i heard MARPE sometimes can cause CW rotation) would there be any way to prevent this from happening)
