Is anyone consider MARPE as a looksmaxxing method for more prominent cheekbones and more bonemass + pallet widening as a working alternative to thumbpulling? Or its just gonna give you "balloon face", asymmetry and make everything worse?

depends on base and the amount of expansion you go for, since i got inward gonions i'm getting jaw angle implants and genio in the future because i'm doing a marpe expansion for my 32mm palate
