i have plans on getting some sort of palate extender to fix my recession and have been wanting to get on for years because my recession causes sleep problems and was wondering if a marpe only expands the maxilla horizontally or if it also causes forward projection. I'm going to get one either way for health reasons but i wanted know if i needed headger like that bwython fag.

Headger is if ur maxilla is recessed
Marpe is if its narrow
Quite simple
