Anyone practises BJJ?

I'm not talking of sparring or getting hit in the head.

I'll soon ask my surgeon if he can make a protective mask or what he recommends.

Of course. Be humble is first step in BJJ.

Can't wait to get back on the mat.

You guys think 3 months is enough or a full year? Also same thing for a rhino?

3 months is way to early lol. u probably wont be able to chew very hard food after 3 months. id wait at least year. dont rush when it comes to this

After you have fully healed from bimax, your bones are actually stronger at the incision sites than they were before. This is due to the healing/remodeling process iirc.

3 months would be a bit early, but one year is definitely good.

I see. Perhaps I could train Muay Thai or some striking art without any sparring so it's impossible I get hit in the face
