It works, you need to do it everyday for 5 mins, even after puberty it will increase height but it's even better during puberty

The Masai Jump, which involves repetitive high-impact jumping, can potentially stimulate bone growth even after puberty through a process known as mechanotransduction. When intense force is applied to the bones, such as during the jump, small cracks or microfractures may occur. These microfractures activate the body's natural healing response, which leads to the formation of new bone tissue. This healing process is governed by osteoblasts, which are responsible for producing new bone material.

Mechanotransduction refers to the ability of bones to sense mechanical stress and convert it into biochemical signals. Specialized cells called osteocytes detect the stress on the bone and send signals to osteoblasts, stimulating them to produce new bone tissue. This mechanism helps maintain bone density and strength over time, especially when subjected to repeated physical impact.

Even after the cessation of linear growth in puberty, bones continue to undergo remodeling, where old bone is broken down by osteoclasts and replaced with new bone. This dynamic process ensures bone health and integrity throughout life.

Furthermore, the articular cartilage, found at the ends of bones in joints, may also be affected by the impacts, becoming more resilient over time. While this doesn't directly influence bone length, it can improve joint function and alignment. Therefore, activities like the Masai Jump can support overall bone health and density even after puberty, helping to maintain bone strength.

I think it’s cope but I’m not 100% sure. if it’s true you would have to be very consistent, and it wouldn’t do that much, maybe half a centimeter or sum
