Yes its true, unironically men from previous generations played a significant role in making men later down the line look more subhuman and feminine, because of their mating choices. Men back then (and still do) chose very feminine looking, small faces, puppy eyes, and small palette faced women, because these features made the women more "feminine" looking, and as a result, more were "attractive" to men. Had men from 5000 years ago, only chose to mate with wide jawed mogging bordering on literally transitioning into men looking females, all men in the modern day would've been wide jaw mogging masuline chads.

You cant really generalize with genetics. Masculine or femanine, mom or dad, at the end of the day genetic recombination gives any and every result. Good looking people usually make good looking kids and the opposite is true.

No, unironically, no. While i agree with you that genetic recombination happens, you dont usually inherit genes, pass your grandparents, pass great grandparents even less so. You could theoretically make an ideal race of males by only allowing wide jawed masculine looking people to breed with one another for atleast 5 generations. In this way, 5 generations is enough time to wipe out most undesirable non masculine traits in males, and allowing only the masculine traits to remain in the gene pool.

Genetic recombination isn't a thing that 'happens', genetics aren't some gypsy witchcraft. It's 1+1=2.
Saying that you don't inherit genes "pass" (past?) your grandparents and great grandparents is just so untrue that I didn't even really want to bother writing a reply to get into some dumb internet argument. The people who made you are combinations of those people, they're the only genes you "can" and do inherit.
In addition, recessive genes are a thing, and 5 generations is a drop in the ocean if you're talking about removing unattractive traits, even if only people we deemed attractive had kids.
