This is one of the many looksmaxxing copes you guys fall into . Most looksmaxxers think that massai jump works (due to looksmaxxers on TikTok like K.shami 🤣) . " just be a hunter gatherer bro , you are gonna grow taller". "Don't forget to eat raw meat and drink raw milk squint and stare at people like a psychopath" . The only way to grow taller is limb lengthening put that through your head . Now i'll explain why this cringemaxxing technique doesn't work so you can spend time focusing on something that its not cope .

1 - WAY not enough force . In order for bone to change in shape permanently it needs to undergo plastic deformation . In order for tibia, femur or any other bone to grow by 0.001mm it needs to be applied 12,750N . While massai jump let's say you weight 182lbs , the force applied would be only 2200kg . This is not enough force to surpass plastic limit

2 - it needs to be applied tensile force , not compressive. If the force is compressive it will get either thicker or shorter .

What to do instead ? Try streching hamstrings , neck , chest , spine . Keep your hair longer on top eat healtht do sprints to make sure you dont have hormone deficincies and you're good to go . These tips will improve your posture by making you taller and achieve your full potential .

And you fell for the sprinting meme. Any increase in hormones from sprinting is temporary to repair the damage you've done to your body.

every single guy i know that sprints since a young age is tall. Not a complete meme trust me.

Your height is genetic, most people don't grow to thier potential height because of low quality and low intake of food, lack of sleep and sunlight
