Masseter Disinsertion

Anyone who’s had jaw implants and massseter muscle bulges above gonial ? I have a solution , Botox. Surgeon recommended- a lot better then the surgery to cut open neck and stitch the muscle along the mandible . 30 ml Botox each side anterior part.

Or simply stop chewing gum. I tried not chewing gum for almost two months and my masseters decreased in size by almost double.

I don’t chew gym, the surgeon said Botox would stretch the muscle not just make it less Noticavle
