It's extremely simple.
Get a rope, one inch thick, any length depending on your height.
Tie the rope to the ceiling, or a fan, or anything, but make sure you do it securely.
Get a plastic stool or a lightweight object you can stand on.
Wrap the other end of the rope tightly around your neck. Remember, it must be tight.
Jump, kick the stool away for optimal gains. You can not kick it away but from my experience kicking it gives the best results
