Bloat descends me SOOOO hard. And the funny thing is the time between bloated and debloated is just 1 month. And I've actually gained weight in the meantime. So I looked obese while I was skinnier. So it was defo water and not FAT. I post this thread just to show u guys how much bloat affects ur looks. Literally subhuman bloat ngl. I had visible abs back then. I was at around 14bf. Now I am at around 11bf. All pics shown have no major weight changes. A Lil bodyfat reduction tho cuz I am gymmaxxing. But overall weight didn't change that much. So it was all water. How did I reduce the bloat? I overdosed on creatine so that all the water of my body goes to my muscles instead of my face. Cuz cardio, potassium, low sodium did NOT do shit.
