Massive dark circles under eyes

I know this has been discussed meany times just wondering if there are any more obscure ways that doesn't require surgery to get rid of the dark circles under my eyes cause of my cheek bones I think

unless you're the (rare) type that's had them since childhood, it's a medical issue
