You guys will prob not believe me but.

On god these past 3 weeks I went from chadlite to low mtn. And no im not overrating myself.

I've just given up on looksmaxxing
my skin is terrible
hair is absolutely fucking horrid
Im bloated as fuck
No motivation for ANYTHING

the past week i've had vacation and i wake up at 6 pm and i go to sleep at 10 am

my mother and sister have noticed how much i downgraded and they think im depressed.

What the fuck do I do. School starts in a week.

Also these past weeks have been the absolute lowest days of my life.

Chatpgt told me you should take a little nap, wake up at 1-2pm and then go about yout day until its night and sleep like nirmal. Take melatonin if required before sleep, i think you might need it
