Massive sleep issues on 400 test (please help)

I’ve been on this dose for 2 weeks. My TRT is 150 mg.

I’ve been able to sleep but waking up a lot during the night and not feeling rested. I suspect this is from E2. Also feeling more emotional.

I ordered Aromasin it’s on the way.

Has anyone else had this? Should I start taking 6.25 mg Aromasin and see if it changes or just lower my dose to 200?

Like my TRT is 150 mg but I upped the dose 2 weeks ago to 400 mg for my bulk (12-20 weeks)

Wait so, your on 400 test so what’s the point of mentioning your cruise dosage. Also it’s probably high estrogen. Any nipple sensitivity? Soft erections?

+its perfectly normal in the beginning Try ashwaganda Meditation ect…
If it doesn’t work then i already told you in my previous reply what to do
Also to control estrogen increase yiur injection frequency and Eat food high in Vitamin A E C foods high In calcium D glucarate Zinc DIM
I think it would be enough on 150 test aslong your not on Dut if your on Dut then aromasin would be mandatory cuz you have no dht yo regulate your estrogen

Its depends on genetics
When i have low estrogen my mood is super good my libido is the same but my joints hurt so much
while when i have high estrogen my joints hurt me so much my libido is fucked and my mood is fucked
So im better off on low estrogen but idealy i like moderate levels of estrogen
