anyone walked down that lane ?

my degree is in physics so its not a stretch just dont know if i should push on with physics

I wouldnt mind switching to math for good (not mediocre) job prospects

A lot of quantitative folks in finance so a math-related degree doesn't guarantee you anything. Would you be happy working in other fields that require math?

You seriously went to an IVY?
Awesome if true

i was planning to continue to go to University of Florida because I have a scholarship that pays for 4 years of college in state

do you have any tips for getting into an IVY I have a near perfect ACT score and a 3.9GPA ( I am a duel enrollment student)

are you a senior ?

By all means take ALL the advantage you can with scholarships and go to UF if they cover all 4 years (hell even if they cover 2)

they look for a non cookie cutter type applicant, I didnt even care about academics and only had 3.7 (unweighted), on interviews instead of answering their questions in a pre-researched manner (which you should still research) they want you to cleverly ridicule them

I played in a band with my best friend whom committed suicide senior year and that was my essay subject

I applied because my gf was from a rich success obsessed family and it was the only ivy I applied to, my dream school was berkeley.

I am a junior atm I started college at 15 1/2ish so I’ll be done with my AA in around a year

I have done well academically, I feel as if I would have a hard time on that essay, I don’t have i would consider to notable to write about

i have a lot of diverse interests I pursue piano, art, parkour, martial arts, reading, learning languages, and formerly black smithing

I am a person very high in openness to experience and intellect so I have a deep passion for art and Impressionism

why do niggas do physics in the first place when einstein discovered everything already

try to think hard about what makes you unique, read other's essays and watch movies and re-read books that inspired you to do what you do now, I promise you can sell yourself, you MUST sell yourself

your EC's are great, think how you can show off without showing off (dont know how else to explain)

you held any unique jobs or internships ? I had a drug conviction and my gf would get me cool jobs so I can stop dealing (that what was my original essay about before I scrapped it and wrote a fresh one 48 hours before the deadline)

Definitely boost your GPA, I'm the only person I've met at Dartmouth with sub 4.0 (unweighted) besides athletes and world renowned poets and ballet dancers. I didn't take ACT, my SAT was 1960 (old standard), only had 4 APs, 1 junior year and 3 senior year. As I said I suck at academics and barely got by (graduated with a 3.0 after being dismissed for a year) so yeah...took me 5 years to get my degree.

You good my man, you are pretty much set.
