it's when your chewing face areas hurt, and you can't move your mouth alot

I chew for passion not to grow up the maxilla. But maybe i ll start. Idk.
chewing is not for maxilla it's for mandible, but do what you want to do.

Scientific study actually shows heavy chewing supports maxillary growth. I can link it if you want.

i have one for the mandible, but i'd like to see a study where it says it grows maxilla, i'd appreciate that.

can you link me the study please?

I already know of this, but all information I could ever find was in a 2 hour long video of an orthodontic lecture, which has sadly been deleted.

Somehow I can't find any study.

I also only ever find the ones about the mandible.

TLDR: Greater masseter muscle supports growth of maxillary dental arch, saggital growth, limits vertical growth. Correlates with horizontal growth. Heavy chewing if it achieved masseter hypertrophy would then have positive effects on the maxilla and mandible. Logical assumption?
