I appreciate guys who are trying to improve themselves, but all these warm-up and 2-second eye contact, etc bullshit makes my head hurt. Good-looking fella doesn't have to wonder whether he should keep eye contact for 1, 2, or 3 seconds. If he needs a "warmup" it's a cup of coffee in the morning to get him fully awake.
