This is my first post ever so im just gonna ask what surgerys i should get

Like maybe do u think a 200.000 $ surgery is good

Or maybe like any surgery that ive never heard of but SURELY im gonna get it as soon i am 18

Did i ever commit any lookmaxx ? No

do i ask for surgerys that i wont ever commit in life ? Yes

Double LL
OBO and revision OBO with ercin x giant
then do trimax but dont forget the paransal and infra and surpaorbital implants.
If you are a skullcel also get gonial implants and a genioplasty or better yet a mini wing.
After eye area is healed between first and second LL dont forget to do the lateral cantoplasty drill hole and maybe a blepheroplasty.
DOnt forget the rhino and lipp augmentation in final stage
