Max dose of mt2

I’m been running mt2 for about 2 weeks and it’s been great. However, i want an even better tan.

I’m om 250mcg at the moment. Can i up it to 500, maybe even 750?

yes but be warned that it takes months to lose an mt2 tan once it’s been built, very easy to overdo it and looksmin yourself

As long as you don’t go past 2mg you should be good

yeah you can bump it, 250mcg is basically a baby dose. 500mcg/day is the sweet spot for most people, darkens you fast without nuking libido or giving crazy nausea. if you’ve been tolerating 250 fine for two weeks, try 500 for a few days and see how your body handles it. 750mcg is doable too, but that’s where sides start creeping in, flushed face, random erections, mild nausea, etc. it’s not dangerous, just unpleasant if you overdo it. also make sure you’re actually hitting UV exposure consistently (tanning bed or real sun). mt2 doesn’t do much on its own it just amplifies the melanin response. if you want to max out color fast: 500mcg/day + short tan sessions (5-10min) for a week, you'll get elite results. after that, you can switch to maintenance 250-500mcg 2-3x/week.
