Sexy song:

My low-inhib autist theory stemmed from PsychoDsk who had an overbite. I believe that (overbite) is what influenced his maxilla and mandible as he has crazy chin projection. That got me wondering what causes an overbite? Most of the time caused by both malnutrition and pushing against one’s front teeth (incisors) when swallowing rather than galloping onto the roof of the mouth.

Or maybe having his atlas too forward set which gave him insane forward growth.
THIS IS AUTIST THEORY NOT FACTS.

If just by massaging the atlas can affect the maxilla to the point where it relieves and somewhat fixes asymmetry and crossbites can do this, I wonder why not advance the maxilla forward?

 We are trying to achieve forward growth here. This is my schizo theory, no grey can compete with my high IQ. Not pseudoscience, its basic anatomy retard.
1740954958016

From this perspective you can see the back of the head is rotated forward rather than backward. That means when the atlas shifts forward so will the occipital and maxilla. In this case he had maxillary advancement in which the sphenoid and atlas followed. But we are trying to replicate this advancement through advancing the atlas gradually.

The dura mater, which connects the atlas to the occiput and extends to the sphenoid, could experience chronic tension, potentially influencing the sphenobasilar synchondrosis (SBS).
1740958271103

This might create a subtle anterior pull on the sphenoid, especially if the occiput follows the atlas forward.

Over months or years, fascia and connective tissues might adapt, further encouraging a forward pull on the cranial base.
1740958147356

As you can see the Dura Mater can influence the position of the bone over time leading to forward set skull gradually. This cannot be achieved within days, but months to years to see gradual shifts.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Sphenoid Affects the Maxilla.
So if it is further set, the maxilla will follow & recession will be reversed!
1740955033517
1740955045149

However, the Atlas also affects the sphenoid so that is what were are targeting to advance the position of which will affect the sphenoid (base):
Atlas -> Sphenoid -> Maxilla
1740955186928

The Atlas bone for recessedcels is set back which is easier to manipulate the position of through forward pressure on the atlas.

Once its set forward the maxilla will follow and vice versa.
Why is the atlas set further back if you are recessed?

A recessed jaw can alter head posture, leading to forward head posture where the skull tilts backward slightly, pushing the atlas posteriorly.
The cervical spine adapts to maintain balance, which may shift the atlas backward to support the skull's altered position.
If the maxilla is underdeveloped or the mandible is set back, the entire craniofacial structure might shift, affecting the positioning of the atlas and other cervical vertebrae.

We are working to gradually reverse this craniofacial development to shift the entire skull forward. Mewing & Thumbpulling may be secondary to do along with this. This is direct force and pressure rather than indirect.
-------------------------------------------------------------

You may be wondering how we can do this?

Materials needed: Tennis ball

Before we do this, you need to first release all the tension in your facial bones and joints that can prevent the atlas from being moved. The equivalent of loosening sutures, but its a more complex process. To encourage the atlas to move forward and facilitate a forward shift of the sphenoid (which could then affect the maxilla), you would need to release tension in certain muscles and connective tissues that influence cranial and cervical alignment.

This is so that there is more mobility when applying pressure on your atlas.
1. Take a hot, warm shower to put you in the parasympathetic nervous system (relax mode)
2. Take 10 deep breaths
3. Drink a bottle of water
4. Follow these exercises to release tension and stress on the facial joints.

If you don't know how to do these simple exercises, please go on youtube and search.

- Suboccipital release (using a lacrosse ball or gentle self-massage under the skull).
- Chin tucks (to encourage natural head positioning).
- Gentle SCM stretches (tilting the head sideways and slightly rotating).
- Trigger point massage.
- Chin tuck exercises with slight resistance.
- Deep neck flexor strengthening.
- Intraoral massage (pressing inside the cheek near the molars).
- Jaw relaxation techniques.

By loosening these areas and ensuring proper head, neck, and tongue positioning, you create the conditions for a forward shift of the atlas, which could influence the sphenoid and maxilla.

NOW TIME TO TAKE ACTION (FUN PART)
1740970574293
1740972222959

Notice where the Atlas is located. Now grab your tennis ball and start massaging both sides of the atlas with it. The Atlas sits right below the occipital bone. Then start applying even soft force on each side, then once you get used to it, press on it hard with the ball gradually applying pressure.

If you feel misalignment in your face from applying pressure, just massage the atlas and it should straighten out.

Keep in mind mewing may be more affective along with thumbpulling after doing this. Your occlusion may feel relieved if you suffer from a crossbite.

Its important to consider that whole body posture should not be taken lightly: https://looksmax.org/threads/hips-n...ix-facial-asymmetry-achieve-symmetry.1318603/

-------------------------------------------------------------

Results: They should take a couple weeks-months-years for noticeable physical results. Personally, I've noticed my nose starting to slowly straighten from being hooked and have achieved some forward growth from this, not a lot. Be consistent and results will follow.

For the people who say its cope & pseudoscience schizo bullshit: It's not and you are low iq forum rotter who attributes nothing but "DNR" to this forum. I would've gatekept this knowing you came here, but its your decision to try to ascend rather than bringing others down. I've studied human anatomy long enough to know that this can gradually work. My threads are high quality with effort rather than copying and pasting random shit. :blackpill: or :bluepill: is your choice indefinitely. Make an effort or cope forever. If you don't like this thread, dont bother to comment on it. I don't care if you say water or schizo ramblings. :lul::lul::lul: YOU JUST LDAR AND DO NOTHING ALL DAY :bluepill::bluepill::feelswhy:

Please rep this high effort quality thread I made. This will be one of the last ones I make since theres not much more that you wouldn't find here.

BTW, its obvious that this is easier for youngcels as their skull is more malleable. However, 18-19 year olds had a full CCW rotation and expanded their maxilla past puberty through consistent mewing and chewing. Your skulls sutures are not fully hardened until after age 50. It just may take longer and more effort to see some results.

I've consulted with people majoring in human anatomy & they said theres a possibility this may work & there is truth to this.

I planned this thread here btw: https://looksmax.org/threads/im-experimenting-on-a-diy-maxillomandibular-advancement.1348278/

View attachment 3534133

This might create a subtle anterior pull on the sphenoid, especially if the occiput follows the atlas forward.

Over months or years, fascia and connective tissues might adapt, further encouraging a forward pull on the cranial base.
View attachment 3534129
As you can see the Dura Mater can influence the position of the bone over time leading to forward set skull gradually. This cannot be achieved within days, but months to years to see gradual shifts.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Sphenoid Affects the Maxilla.
So if it is further set, the maxilla will follow & recession will be reversed!
View attachment 3534034View attachment 3534036

However, the Atlas also affects the sphenoid so that is what were are targeting to advance the position of which will affect the sphenoid (base):
Atlas -> Sphenoid -> Maxilla
View attachment 3534039

View attachment 3534530View attachment 3534587

Results: They should take a couple weeks-months-years for noticeable physical results. Personally, I've noticed my nose starting to slowly straighten from being hooked and have achieved some forward growth from this, not a lot. Be consistent and results will follow.

Oh yeah in some cases overbites don’t mean a good maxilla. It can still be recessed but if your teeth are forward set, you will have good chin projection

ya maxilla can be projected if there's less tension between the joints of ur maxilla/sphenoid. so your facial depth would be pushed forward but your sphenoid might not necessarily give you buldgy eyes.

em, eye area and brow ridge stuff is also important

Or maybe having his atlas too forward set which gave him insane forward growth.
THIS IS AUTIST THEORY NOT FACTS.

If just by massaging the atlas can affect the maxilla to the point where it relieves and somewhat fixes asymmetry and crossbites can do this, I wonder why not advance the maxilla forward?

 We are trying to achieve forward growth here. This is my schizo theory, no grey can compete with my high IQ. Not pseudoscience, its basic anatomy retard.

View attachment 3534133

This might create a subtle anterior pull on the sphenoid, especially if the occiput follows the atlas forward.

Over months or years, fascia and connective tissues might adapt, further encouraging a forward pull on the cranial base.

However, the Atlas also affects the sphenoid so that is what were are targeting to advance the position of which will affect the sphenoid (base):
Atlas -> Sphenoid -> Maxilla
View attachment 3534039

View attachment 3534530View attachment 3534587

I planned this thread here btw: https://looksmax.org/threads/im-experimenting-on-a-diy-maxillomandibular-advancement.1348278/

i used to have an overbite, got them treated with braces(no elastics no extractions), and fixed my 20mm+ overbite, over 2 years in braces, my maxilla is the same as before, i got crazy chin projection too
had an overbite and got it fixed (i think) but still got recessed chin bro brutal
