Im not a surgeon so i could be wrong about the surgery recommendations, best thing you can do is just be as healthy as possible until you become 18 and then get a consultation asap with a maxfac surgeon, of course for now you need to study a lot to try to get into a high paying job to pay for your surgeries later, medicine and engineering are the best options, please don't trust niggas that tell you to invest in crypto or other mainstream shit and that college is a scam, i know people that fell for that bait and all of them are miserable now
