I have a recessed maxilla and bad midface what sorta surgeries are recommended?

Yes, but results wont be as dramatic as compared with someone who started using it before puberty or just entering puberty.

I used to wear Invisalign, probably should've gone with braces. How much would RPE or Headgear usually cost and would you recommend braces with it too?

It's definitely something to consult an orthodontist about, prices may vary. Again, your orthodontist would know what's best for you post-examination. Usually, braces would be a part of many treatment plans.

That set aside, I have actually known someone who bought RPH off eBay for about $50 and noticed some results during early stages of puberty. Would not recommend though.
