Maxillary developement

I know I have a recessed maxilla at 16(male) and I’m thinking if there is a way to project it I have heard abt BAMP(bone anchored maxillary projection) but I don’t think there are any orthodontists that perform it around here and even if they do can I still do it at my age?

The only shot you have is ropemaxxing, like i genuinley dont think there is much you can do. You can do neck excercises and MPR shit to try burn the fat under your jaw. This will help your jaw look more prominent but it wont fix your jaw
