How would you go about fixing a maxilla that pushes lips forward, not extreme but slight.

Would you need just a genioplasty, a bimax + genioplasty? Or can you get away with wrap around jaw implant only?

much more desirable than a recessed maxilla, just keep your molars in light contact and your mandible will upswing to meet the maxilla, notice the guy you posted has a 1mm ramus and a really high gonial (downwards grown), meaning he probably mouth breathes which is the polar opposite of molars together

wouldn't cheekbone/malar implants be needed if the whole bottom portion of the jaw is being pushed forward?
