This is likely one of the best OTC alternative to GH and non OTC GH secretagogues like peptides, MK 677, Ipamorelin, etc.
You could introduce other compounds, specially to address nutritional deficiencies, which you can roughly check with cronometer.

Gaba boosting GH was already mentioned afair, what's new is the practical aspect and combining sleep, workouts and light/rest days.
Rest days seem to be important, I kept some things out like fasting, carb timing and calories, which could also have a big effect.

This could be an argument against bulking but GH is not everything for growth, keep that in mind.
I would just introduce some form of fasting (early dinner with/(out) breakfast) and mostly maingain (manage and maintain fat %).

In both cases your fucked
If you fas you havz elevated hgh and mid igf-1 (cause your igf-1 is gonna get fucked cause your fasting then the hgh would make it moderate)
If you don’t fast your hgh would be fucked but your igf-1 so its irrelevant

Gaba isn’t gonna increase your hgh to a level that gonna actually affect your growth

You can actually measure spikes except if the study done bloods to the participants every 30 min for 24 hours

And even then best case scenario your hgh actually increase now you have 0.5-1 iu of extra hgh
