Maximizing volunteer hours > making money?

14 years and need ~40 hours of volunteer work

Don't really need a job cus I can just feed off my parents income till I get one

so I don't know if I should be a slave to a job and build a decent finacle foundation or earn a good amount volunteer hours to make me a more attractive option in future job opportunities
