8-10 ius of gh minimum. anything less won’t give you any good results

i feel like you can just take supplements for the same effect without having to pin? plus hgh is expensive if you're not planning to use it for ALL of the benefits you're literally just throwing money down the drain

The main effects I’m looking for are faster recovery, skin quality, hair quality, sleep, energy, the slight fat loss or body recomp. I’m currently on accutane 60mg, ghkcu 1.2mg, minoxidil. Is there any better alternatives you can recommend ? And if I was to aim for these with HGH how much would I be pinning
