MSE + facemask is given by some mse practitioners, and facemask is basically facepuller but pushes on the chin. I wouldn't have thought theres any risk of the facemask aspect, although it's only given to people with an underbite

You’ll get like 3-5mm of upswing/forward growth with a facepuller if worn for 6 months under 25. This won’t turn an incel into a male model but will have a noticeable effect on the face

My IMW is around 33 lol, one of my biggest problems is my subhuman bizygomatic width, its the main reason why my fwhr is 1.6, MSE does improve those things, thats a fact so 2 rounds of MSE, 1 of which will be done at 18-19 will help with ascension in my case, it wont turn me to a chad, but it should be a big step in that direction...
